Arrival and departure

Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).

Away and yet at home

The holiday apartments run by Vroni and Klaus are just a few minutes on foot from the centre of St. Michael, the main village of the municipality of Eppan. The apartments are surrounded by vineyards and offer beautiful views of Eppan’s hilly winegrowing landscape and the nearby mountain peaks. Guests both large and small can look forward to a beautiful sunbathing lawn and a playground: they can also help themselves free of charge to fruit, vegetables and herbs from the garden. Hiking and biking tours along the valley or up into the mountains can begin right from the door!

The apartments have been managed as a family business by Vroni and Klaus for ten years now, actively supported by their daughter Vera. The hosts are dedicated to the well-being of their guests, to their holiday apartments and to the surrounding vineyards, which guests can visit on request. Vroni will also be pleased to make typical South Tyrolean Strauben (sugary swirls) with her guests if so desired!

Guests very much appreciate the vineyard tours, wine tastings, Strauben making and free loan of hiking poles, with top hiking tips also available. They also enjoy the holiday apartments themselves, their central location and of course the friendly atmosphere.
