Weather in the mountains
A weak cold front will reach the Alps. A Föhn wind will blow on the southern slopes.
Cloud cover will increase over the northern regions, with light rain over the border ridge. The snow line will be around 2,000 m. In the south, the weather will be sunny at times, with a slight increase in the likelihood of showers in the afternoon.
Mountain weather tomorrow
The pressure over the Alps is set to rise. The air masses will become less humid.
To begin with, a few lingering clouds may remain, particularly along the main ridge, but the sun will break through everywhere by mid-morning. The wind will ease.
