Relaxation on the Wine Road amidst blooming flowers

von Lutz holiday flats are situated in the district of S. Michele Appiano on the South Tyrol Wine Road. They are just ten minutes from the town centre. A large garden with a sunbathing lawn and a terrace entice guests to lounge around to relaxing views of orchards, vineyards, palm trees and flowers. With an open air pool and playground, guests of all ages will love it here.

Johanna and Hans are now the second generation to run the place and receive the active support of daughters Burgi and Hildegard. Johanna looks after her guests with enthusiasm and always keeps an ear open for their concerns. Hans gives tips on walks, organises motorbike tours and recommends wines, wine cellars and places to visit in the local area. The holiday flats are regularly modernised and upgraded – 'Never stand still' is the house motto.

All this is greatly appreciated by guests, just as is the extensive garden and welcoming, friendly manner of the hosts, who spoil their guests with weekly evenings involving different culinary themes.
