Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
- On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
- We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
- Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).

Go with the flow – on holiday in the Sarn Valley
The Flow Village Apartment is centrally located in a quiet spot in the rustic community of Sarnthein, very close to the forest edge and flanked by lush meadows. The village centre can be reached in just a few minutes, while a swimming pool, the farmhouse museum and a playground with a sunbathing lawn are all close by. The bus station with its connections to Bozen (a 20-minute ride) is only 650 metres away and the skiing and hiking areas can be reached by car in 15 minutes. The highlight of the apartment is nevertheless the direct views it offers of the mountains of the Sarntal Alps!
Anja Messner has been letting out the Flow Village Apartment for three years now. She has furnished this holiday flat herself and turned it into a welcoming holiday home. A budding hiking guide, she grew up on a farm and loves both nature and her homeland, which is why she is happy to accompany her guests on hiking or sightseeing tours. She is especially keen to ensure that her visitors can “go with the Flow” during their stay here.
The south-facing terrace, the interior, the location, the practical online check-in, the cleanliness – and of course the Bozen Mobilcard or the pick-up service from the airport or train station – all combine to make the Flow Village Apartment a firm favourite among guests!
