Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
- On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.

The Penzl 9 guesthouse on the sunny Ritten plateau dates from the 14th century and forms part of a complex of listed buildings. The property enjoys a very quiet location surrounded by meadows and pine forests. Guests can relax in the beautiful garden complete with sun loungers, tables and benches. The village centre of Lengstein is three kilometres away – the view to the north reveals the historic chapel of St Verena, while to the south can be seen the magnificent Schlern massif.
Ursula Mitterdorfer has been running her establishment for six years now: always accompanied by her border collie Zoey, she takes every care to ensure guests feel at home and can enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Ursula prepares a delicious buffet breakfast each day and once a week cooks a 4-course dinner for her guests. She also loves tending her garden with its old English roses, brightly coloured flowers and carefully trimmed hedges!
The rooms offer an exclusive mix of rustic antiques, modern art and contemporary design, with the guests at Penzl 9 especially impressed by the tasty breakfast, weekly dinners and interesting tips for excursions. Four-legged visitors are welcome too – and not just by Zoey!
