Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
- On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
- We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
- Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).

Take a break in the wine village on the Wine Route
The Haus Karin is located in the wine village of Tramin, right on the famous South Tyrolean Wine Route. Newly opened in 2021, it offers spacious and high-quality modern furnished apartments just a few minutes on foot from the historic centre. Each apartment has a balcony, while there is an underground car park, an elevator and a sunny roof terrace with loungers to enjoy, all with wonderful views over the Unterland region.
Landlady Karin takes loving care of the guests at her holiday apartments and can also offer handy tips for excursions, meaning guests can always count on a relaxing break here and indulge themselves to the fullest. There are grocery stores, bars and cafés, as well as restaurants and boutiques close by, not to mention the Tramin swimming pool. And Lake Kaltern is just a short car or bus ride away!
There is a bus stop near the holiday apartments, while the free mobil & activ Card allows free use of all public transport – as well as plenty of exciting benefits for active visitors!
