The New Year's Eve fondue is a classic! For Chris too! This time he's had the idea of preparing the original cheese fondue. He'd like to share it with you as well: quickly and easily prepared and, above all, extra tasty! Surprisingly, this melted cheese also makes a good accompaniment to meat, polenta or cooked vegetables. In any case, it's always delicious when you dip in toasted white or brown bread, just like Asterix and Obelix did in Switzerland. ;) The fondue is an essential part of a cosy New Year's Eve get-together!
