Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.

Ariane’s Guesthouse is located in the idyllic village of Sexten in the Val Pusteria/Pustertal valley, right by the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage and close to the world-famous Three Peaks. Hiking, biking, and climbing in summer; skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing in winter: Sexten is a true paradise for outdoor activities all year round. The hiking trails and the cross-country ski trail start right outside the front door, and the slopes pass very close to our house. On top of that, the village is super sunny and quiet. A gem for all nature lovers!
As soon as you step onto your balcony or outside your door, you’ll see dense forests and imposing peaks. Stunning sunrises, golden evening light, or a sparkling starry sky ... you’ll never tire of the panorama at Ariane’s Guesthouse. Speaking of Ariane and Helmut: they’re passionate and committed hosts. They make sure that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest – and their two sons Marcel and Pirmin follow in their footsteps. Ariane is the heart and soul of the house. She bakes bread or pizza with you and introduces you to the traditions of the region.
