Arrival and departure

Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).

Where panoramic views of the Pustertal Valley await guests …

The Andreas apartments are located at the foot of the Kronplatz ski area, some 400 metres from the centre of the village of Riscone. Conveniently situated between the Kronplatz panoramic trail and a bus stop, it is an ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities. There is a playground nearby for the children to enjoy, while the garden with its barbecue facilities is the ideal place for grown-ups to relax. The balconies and roof terraces offer uninterrupted views of the mountains above the Pustertal Valley, the ski pistes and the valley runs down from Kronplatz.

It is very important for Andreas Oberpertinger that his guests feel at ease in his establishment and wish to return. He has been enthusiastically running his business for fifteen years now: guests especially appreciate his personal assistance and his excellent recommendations for excursions and dining out. The holiday apartments are all clean and feature new, high-quality fixtures and fittings.

Andreas rents out E-bikes. The HolidayPass Premium allows guests to participate in the weekly “Kronaktiv” programme of events and to discover the whole South Tyrol via public transport free of charge. There is also reduced admission (2,50 €) to the open-air pool in Brunico-Bruneck and the CRON4 swimming pool in Riscone, as well as a reduction on visits to the sauna and wellness area at CRON4. Skiers will appreciate the heated ski box in winter at the valley station of the Kronplatz lift.
